We’re now looking for a motivated HR Specialist Payroll / Recruitment & Office Manager to join our team in Volkertshausen, Germany.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of HR, payroll, recruitment, and office management tasks – supporting our operations across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, and working closely with our international HQ.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate HR administration and payroll in compliance with tax and social regulations.
• Manage recruitment: post job ads, screen candidates, prepare contracts, and support onboarding.
• Be the go-to person for our sales team regarding HR, payroll, and admin matters.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, trainings, and company events.
• Maintain employee and supplier documentation and handle communication with external partners.
• Ensure smooth daily operations across the DACH region.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in HR, payroll, and recruitment administration.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• A self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Confidence with MS Office and digital tools.
• Residence in Germany and availability to work primarily from the Volkertshausen office.
