Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Programme Manager with deep experience in end-to-end global delivery of HRIS such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, UKG etc.
The ideal candidate will have multiple end to end ideally with experience on both consulting and client side roles.
This role requires someone who combines strong structure and delivery discipline with personable, proactive engagement, and passion for client success.
You will play a large role in assisting the client with their vendor selection, project scope, budget, and resource plan as well as support the customer delivery lead as a client side champion on the end to end delivery across 30+ countries.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of the implementation and optimisation across a global environment. You'll work closely with HR and IT leadership to ensure that delivery is clean, structured, and value-driven.
Key Responsibilities
Support the customer with Project Scoping, RFP for Vendor Selection and Resource plan.
Lead full lifecycle global HRIS programme delivery, from scoping and planning to execution and ongoing improvement.
Build, lead, and manage high-performing teams to deliver programme milestones across multiple Key HR domains such as (Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning).
Engage directly with senior stakeholders across HR, IT, and the wider business to ensure delivery is aligned to organisational strategy.
Manage external vendors and consulting partners to ensure quality and accountability in delivery.
Define and oversee project budgets, timelines, risk mitigation strategies, and governance.
Ensure robust system integration, data accuracy, security, and ongoing compliance.
Promote continuous improvement through process optimisation and automation.
Develop clear documentation, user training, and support resources.
Provide leadership and mentoring to internal Subject Matter Experts and team members.
About You
Proven track record of end-to-end delivery of HRIS programmes at global scale.
10+ Years of HRIS Management or Project Management experience in international environments
Client Side Champion experience
Strong background in programme management, including project scoping, vendor selection, budget ownership, resource planning, team hiring, and global coordination.
Structured, results-driven, and comfortable with accountability at the highest level.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills able to work cross-functionally and win trust quickly.
A natural doer, self-motivated, proactive, and enthusiastic about delivering meaningful outcomes.
Passionate about transformation, with a genuine interest in helping organisations evolve and succeed.
Willingness to travel within Europe up to 3 days per week to support programme delivery.
