Job Location: Berlin, Germany

Position: Store Manager - Berlin (Full-time, in-store)

Responsibilities

  • Retail Insight Capability : Monitor retail trends in the electronics/3C industry, analyze consumer behavior in business districts and cities, and formulate store strategies by studying competitors, communities, and business models.
  • Store Operation Result : Drive store performance with a customer-centric approach, improve service quality and customer experience, enhance brand influence in the area, and achieve sales and performance goals.
  • Store Operation Management : Build and execute store operation structures, identify process gaps, coordinate with HQ resources (including IT) for optimization, and act as an experimental hub for new ideas.
  • Store Activity Management : Plan and execute store commercial activities, ensure quality and execution, and maintain brand communication value.
  • Store Team Management : Plan personnel investment, recruit and develop talent, participate in assessment and evaluation systems, identify talent, and nurture talents for global self-operating HFS stores.
  • Store Brand Image Management : Implement Huawei’s marketing philosophy to strengthen brand influence in consumers’ minds.
  • Store Risk Management : Ensure store property, cash, staff and customer safety.
  • Store Promotion Activity Management : Include pricing strategy and promotion design.
  • Service and Goods Flow Management : Lead the team to provide high-standard service, analyze local environment and HQ plans, and manage inventory flow across its lifecycle.
  • Operation Optimization and Promotion : Develop mid- to long-term store development plans, standardize operations, liaise with HQ, and optimize the full operation system.
  • Activity Management : Plan and implement HQ marketing activities in-store, allocate manpower and materials, and provide an excellent activity experience for customers.
  • Discover Huawei : Conduct consumer education courses developed by HQ and provide suggestions for improvement based on practice.
  • Personnel Management : Build an in-house training system and incentive structure, nurture and export talent for global self-operating stores.
  • Brand Communication : Understand local market conditions and optimize the store environment and service experience to improve brand communication and influence.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Turnover Management Capability : Analyze business environment and market dynamics; propose and implement store activity improvements.
  • Store Management Capability : Standardized operation, optimize service experience, maintain store image, identify issues, and manage mall outcomes.
  • Offering and Inventory Management Capability : Manage product range, adjust inventory, ensure reasonable turnover, and implement local loss-reduction measures.
  • Team Management Capability : Allocate work, build team capability, communicate effectively, and develop talent.
  • Strategic Planning : Analyze business environment and store performance to formulate long-term development plans.
  • Process System Capability : Improve operation processes and establish standards.
  • Innovation and Transformation : Promote store operation innovation and maintain high service standards.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration : Maintain strong HQ collaboration to advance business modules and enhance store image and service experience.
  • Experience in Direct-Sale Retail : Experience with well-known brands, store construction or project transformation and innovation; strong business awareness in retail dynamics.
