Overview

Human Resources Business Partner

The ideal candidate will have experience in all areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while at work. This candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Roles and Responsibilities: have a pulse of the business unit and constantly think about how to improve the effectiveness of the business unit by looking at teams, structure, and processes.
  • Work closely with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, build morale/culture and increase productivity and retention.
  • Review and analyze people-related data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience.
  • Interpret and present data & analytics in a way that provides meaningful insight to the business.
  • Offer HR policy guidance and advise. Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the business unit.
  • Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition, etc.
  • Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.
  • Create annual engagement programs with extended reach to members and their families, alumni, etc.
  • Effectively manage HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
  • Stay updated with best HR practices across the industry and create thought leadership by implementing innovative programs.

Qualifications

  • 3 - 6 years of experience in HR or related field
  • Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to onboard new employees and manage HR tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
