We are looking for an IAM Tech Consultant to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This is a full‑time unlimited role available in Berlin, Baden‑Baden, Verl (Germany) or Tallinn, Estonia, with flexible working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure our IAM framework aligns with financial regulations, security and resilience standards, and the evolving needs of our dynamic digital enterprise.
• Consult on IAM strategy & implementation, providing expert guidance in developing and executing Riverty’s IAM framework to meet compliance, security and operational requirements.
• Partner with IT, security and business stakeholders to assess IAM requirements and support integration of IAM solutions across platforms.
• Act as an IAM governance subject‑matter expert, applying regulatory standards such as GDPR, DORA and ISO 27001 to mitigate risk.
• Advise on selection, customization and optimization of IAM tools to enhance security posture and user experience.
• Stay informed on emerging IAM trends, technologies and regulatory changes to keep Riverty’s practices cutting‑edge and compliant.
• Maintain a proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
