    Overview

    IBM Planning Analytics Development Lead (f/m/div.) at Bosch. Role focuses on leading an agile DevOps team to develop and operate IBM Planning Analytics Applications in the finance area, with an emphasis on planning and analytics based on integrated data within Bosch.

    Responsibilities

    • Functionally lead an agile DevOps team as the subject matter expert for IBM Planning Analytics Applications in the finance area.
    • Guide and enable the development team; develop insightful Cubes, Reports, and Dashboards in IBM Planning Analytics.
    • Create and refine development guidelines with the IBM Planning Analytics team and perform design and code reviews.
    • Contribute to the team with agile values and bring ideas to benefit the team and the company.
    • Contribute entrepreneurial thinking as an in-house provider for planning and analytics based on integrated Bosch data.
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary and international team, supported by internal and external service providers, and engage with internal customers.
    • Discuss remuneration details and development opportunities during the application process, including base salary and bonus eligibility as per collective agreements.

    Qualifications

    • Education: university degree in (business) computer science, information technology, physics, business administration, or a related field.
    • Experience: several years of professional experience in IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, with familiarity with agile methods and processes.
    • Knowledge: strong TM1 skills (TI processes, rules, feeders); experience with Planning Analytics Workspace and Planning Analytics for Excel; familiarity with SQL and Azure DevOps (Build/Release/Backlog); experience with accounting and controlling processes is helpful.
    • Working style: agile, analytical, proactive, result- and solution-oriented; strong UX focus; takes responsibility and sets clear priorities; fosters team strengths and learns from challenges.
    • Enthusiasm: passion for data and planning insights; ability to develop interdisciplinary approaches and present complex issues clearly.
    • Languages: very good written and spoken English and German.
