Job Description:

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create a unique hand-drawn icon and logo for our brand Monte Escalier Regional, a French platform specializing in stairlifts (monte-escaliers) and mobility solutions.




About the Business:

Monte Escalier Regional connects customers in France with trusted stairlift providers, focusing on accessibility, independence, and quality of life. Our target market is primarily French homeowners and families seeking reliable and affordable mobility solutions. Trust, clarity, and approachability are at the core of our brand.




Design Requirements:

• Style: Hand-drawn, minimalist yet elegant. It should feel authentic, approachable, and professional for the French market.


• Layout: Icon on the left, company name “Monte Escalier Regional” on the right (must work harmoniously together).


• Typography: Clean, modern, and highly legible. A typeface that conveys trust and accessibility (avoid overly playful or corporate styles).


• Color Palette: Inspired by the French aesthetic – soft yet contrasting colors. We lean toward blue, white, and subtle grey accents, but are open to creative suggestions that remain elegant and user-friendly.


• Format: Delivered as vector graphics (.AI / .SVG) so that we can easily scale and adapt the logo across platforms.


• Usability: The design should be simple enough to work on a website, in print, and on small-scale items (favicon, app icon).



What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in logo and icon design, preferably with hand-drawn or minimalist styles.


• Strong typography skills (ability to pair fonts that match our brand values).


• Ability to design for European/French markets, understanding cultural preferences in aesthetics.


• Attention to detail, with delivery of clean vector files and organized layers.



Deliverables:

• Primary logo: Icon + company name (horizontal layout).


• Standalone icon version (for favicon/app).


• Vector source files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS) + export in .PNG (transparent background).



Bonus if you can provide:

• A short brand guideline (color codes, font suggestions, usage examples).


• Mockups (website header, business card) to visualize the logo in real-world use.



Tone & Direction:

The logo should feel professional, approachable, and trustworthy, avoiding anything too flashy or corporate. Think simple lines, clear iconography, and timeless design.
