ICT Cloud & Security Engineer

As an ICT Cloud & Security Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft 365 and Azure services within Teknos’ existing IT environment, aligned with our global ICT roadmap and strategic vision.You will serve as the primary point of contact for collaboration with our international team on cloud-related topics. Your responsibilities will include developing roadmaps, execution plans, and implementing robust IT security measures. You’ll also oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI systems, ensuring full compliance with organizational policies and standards. A significant part of your role will involve ownership, administration, and automation of Microsoft 365 and Entra ID tools and services. You’ll provide operational and administrative support for cloud applications, troubleshoot issues, implement new tools and M365 functionalities, and deliver 2nd and 3rd level support.As a member of our global ICT team, you will report directly to the Head of Infrastructure and Services Management. This position can be based in one of Teknos’ European locations - preferably Germany, Liechtenstein or Poland and offers a flexible, hybrid working model with regular office visits. Daily tasks and responsibilities:Planning, implementation and development of M365/Entra ID ServicesContinuous improvement and automation of the deployed systemsPlanning, implementation, administration and further development of security standardsAI integration: defining guidelines, setting technical requirements, and overseeing implementationProactively monitoring and managing IT incidents to ensure system reliabilitySupporting colleagues with Microsoft core operations and troubleshootingCollaborating across departments and stakeholders to align IT solutions with business needsExploring and evaluating emerging technologies to drive innovation in ITDeveloping and maintaining advanced M365 security features (e.g., Cloud App Security, Defender, ATA)Administering M365 applications and interfaces (SharePoint, Teams, Security & Compliance Center)Maintenance and implementation of third-party software (IAM, project planning software, etc.)Training and mentoring of team members on M365 & Mentoring and training team members on M365 and Entra ID tools and best practicesLeading strategic projects to roll out new M365 and Entra ID capabilitiesCreating and executing strategies to maximize adoption and efficiency of M365/Entra ID servicesPartnering with internal teams to ensure IT tools meet evolving organizational needs Key skills and qualifications:Several years of hands-on experience in a similar role, with responsibility for analyzing complex IT-related issues and customer inquiries, developing tailored solutions and driving their successful implementationCompleted IT education combined with few years of relevant work experienceYou are able to execute software projects according to customer requirements, deliver end user trainings, monitor the connected systems and create correct documentationYou present strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex issuesWith this international position, your readiness to travel occasionally is a must You communicate fluently in EnglishYou are currently located in one of mentioned Teknos countries Could this be your next step at Teknos ICT team?Then we'd love to hear more about you!
