Identity Management & AWS Specialist (all genders)

Join us at Alice&Bob.Company as an Identity Management & AWS Specialist (all genders) . This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing cloud and identity solutions tailored to our clients' needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams in a dynamic, agile environment, tackling complex challenges and continuously learning.

Responsibilities

1. Design Identity Solutions: Develop and implement advanced IAM systems using tools like AWS Cognito, OKTA, ensuring security, user-friendliness, and excellent customer experience.
2. Build and Optimize Cloud Environments: Create and enhance AWS-based infrastructures to ensure scalability, performance, and reliability.
3. Client Collaboration: Understand and adapt to client needs, delivering tailored solutions.
4. Promote Agile Practices: Work in cross-functional teams, applying agile and DevOps principles to foster efficiency and innovation.
5. Proactive Problem Solving: Identify challenges early and develop creative, effective solutions for smooth implementations.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for IAM, experience with solutions like OKTA, eager to deepen expertise.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services and enthusiasm for applying them to real-world challenges.
• Comfort in flexible, dynamic environments with a DevOps mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Nice to Have

• OKTA CIC or WIC certification
• AWS Certified Security Specialty
• Experience with PAM and Governance solutions
