About The Role

What You Will Do

• Supporting the Financial Accounting team in the correct booking of IFRS special topics (e.g. project accounting/percentage of completion)
• Contact person in Financial Accounting for IFRS topics, as well as for the international environment
• Collaboration in the implementation and introduction of the new ERP-system Workday in Germany and abroad with a focus on IFRS
• Collaboration with IT experts and the Financial Accounting department to ensure smooth system integration
• Support with data migrations and training of employees
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in existing financial processes in Germany and abroad
• Ensuring compliance with legal and internal accounting requirements

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Degree in Business Administration, International Accounting, or equivalent qualification.
• Several years of experience in Financial Accounting, ideally in a global setting.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and hands-on experience applying standards.
• Familiarity with ERP systems—Workday experience is a plus.
• Strong interest in IT-driven projects and process improvement.
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus.
• A proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset.
