For the German branch (close to Ditzingen, northern area of Stuttgart) of an Italian world leader in the packaging industry specialized in end-of-line solutions, we are looking for a:

FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

The company manufactures and distributes a wide range of machines and equipment capable of meeting diverse production needs and offering customized packaging solutions. With a total turnover of over €400 million, generated by a team of more than 1,850 professionals across 10 plants worldwide, the company represents excellence globally.

• General administration (incoming mail, travel expense reports)
• Support timely and accurate completion of accounts payable and receivable accounting
• Bank and asset accounting
• Account reconciliation and clarification
• Dunning process
• Automatic invoicing
• Advance payment invoices
• Management/application of warranties
• Monthly Intrastat and input tax reporting
• Master data updates in SAP

Your qualifications and experience:

• At least 5-6 years of experience in a comparable position
• Completed commercial training, (e.g., as an industrial clerk, wholesale and foreign trade clerk or equivalent qualification)
• Experience with SAP
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
