We are currently looking for a Legal Counsel with experience as an Inhouse Lawyer M&A (m/f/d) in Oranienburg/Berlin

As part of a dynamic legal team, you'll play a key role in shaping the legal framework behind innovative energy projects and strategic growth initiatives
Your Tasks

• Advise and represent the company in all legal matters
• Monitor and implement national and EU legal requirements
• Focus on commercial law (including financing), corporate law, and energy law
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts
• Prepare legal opinions and support M&A transactions, including due diligence
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and internal policies
• Identify and mitigate legal risks
• Support conflict resolution and litigation processes

Your Profile

• Fully qualified lawyer (2nd state examination)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
• Strong knowledge of energy law, corporate law, contract law, and environmental law
• Strategic thinker with a confident, solution-oriented approach
• Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy
