    We are looking for high-energy Inbound Sales Representatives who thrive in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. This is not customer service—it’s a pure sales role handling inbound, high-intent calls. Your mission is simple: convert callers into paying customers on the first call.

    • Inbound Only – No cold calling. All leads are incoming, pre-qualified customers with buying intent and budget in mind.
    • Strong Commission Rate – Earn £9.25 per sale. Top closers consistently achieve £1,500–£2,000+ per month.

    • Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent (customer-facing voice role).
    • Tech-savvy and comfortable with online systems.

    Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
    • Laptop/PC (less than 3 years old, 8GB RAM minimum, modern iCore processor).
    • Wired, high-speed internet (fiber preferred).
    • USB headset with microphone.
    • Quiet, distraction-free workspace.

    Training & Support
    You’ll receive structured product training and live coaching to help you:
    • Master pricing, payment handling, and compliance.
    • Learn objection-handling frameworks and closing techniques.
    • Improve performance through feedback and repetition.

    What Success Looks Like
    • Logging in daily, ready to take inbound calls.
    • Closing customers on the first call using proven sales scripts.
    • Consistently achieving high daily/weekly sales targets.
    • Demonstrating growth and resilience with every conversation.
