In this role, you will serve as the industry subject matter expert to engage business decision makers to identify, assess and nurture new business opportunities leveraging Microsoft's products, partner offers and repeatable industry solutions. We are seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional with deep knowledge of manufacturing design, simulation, fabrication, and supply chain processes. The base salary for this role starts from EUR 119 000 per annum depending on experience. In line with our Flexible Work approach, for roles at Microsoft Germany and Austria, we recommend spending at least two days per week in the office or at the customer site. Spark innovation to re-imagine the future by facilitating envisioning / ideation sessions and developing multi-horizon roadmaps to deliver new capabilities. Ignite, shape, and secure market-making business partnerships by leveraging business relationships with CxOs and Senior Business Executives.  Develop thought leadership assets and best practices that can be levered by others to increase the success of the business and Microsoft. Amplify externally / internally thought leadership on unique industry perspectives and innovations to accelerate Microsoft’s credibility / brand / mindshare.Continuously assess one’s own skills, development plans, and contributions to the success of others. Qualifications Required qualifications: Fluency in German.Extensive experience in Enterprise sales within manufacturing industries or industry focused consulting environment, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience. OR, Technology, or related field AND experience in Enterprise sales in manufacturing industries or relevant industry focused consulting environment, driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience.
