Your Mission
Drive and Scale Our Revenue Engine
Our Energy AI platform provides a standardized way to cut costs and emissions. To win, we need a commercial powerhouse to bring our solution to the market.
As a key Sales Manager on our growing team, your mission is to drive our expansion and help scale our revenue engine. You will play a crucial role in the entire sales motion, from executing on strategy to closing deals that define our next phase of growth.
What You\'ll Do
- Refine the Sales Playbook: optimize our sales process, refine the ideal customer profile (ICP), contribute to our sales methodology, and track key metrics and KPIs.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: drive the entire sales process from prospecting and lead generation to product demonstrations, contract negotiations, and closing high-value deals with industrial leaders.
- Build a Data Driven Pipeline: develop and execute data-driven outbound and inbound strategies to build a robust, predictable revenue pipeline. Manage the CRM and create accurate forecasts.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: engage with C-level executives and technical leaders, understanding their strategic challenges and articulating how our AI platform solves their core problems.
- Be the Voice of the Customer: channel market and customer feedback to Product and Engineering to ensure we build what the market needs.
- Leverage Modern Software and Build Automations: use modern technology to automate and improve day-to-day operations and push the boundaries of possibility.
Requirements
Must-Haves :
- Energy Expertise with a proven track record and energy market understanding
- “Figure-it-Out” & Hunter Mentality: problem-solver and self-starter who thrives on ambiguity with drive to build new business from the ground up
- Board Room Capable: skilled at multi-stakeholder enterprise conversations and credible with VP/C-level executives
- Digitally Native, Data-Driven & AI-Capable: proficient with modern CRM systems, data-driven thinking, and ability to build reports and dashboards; open to AI tools to automate workflows
- Exceptional Communicator: outstanding communication and presentation skills to explain complex concepts clearly
- Professional fluency in German and English
Nice-to-Haves :
- Located in Munich or Münster
- Startup experience as founder or early employee
- Industry Knowledge: experience selling complex software or technical solutions into manufacturing, industrial, or energy sectors
- B2B SaaS Sales: experience as an Account Executive with a proven track record

- Take home challenge + technical interview: 120 minutes with a team member
- Personal meeting: final discussion with founders (approx. 45 minutes)
