About the Position

Influencer marketing is one of HOLYs biggest growth leversand the UK is a key focus market. Weve built strong traction with creators customers and communities and now were doubling down to scale the UK from mid7-digit revenue today to nearly 100M in annual revenue over the next two this role youll own and execute influencer and partnership campaigns that drive performance not just hype.

Youll collaborate with creators who authentically connect with our brand and audiencesranging from everyday citizens to niche communities with highly engaged UK-based followings from truck drivers and healthcare workers to gaming anime and entertainment subcultures.

This is a hands-on role : from scouting creators to negotiating deals managing campaigns and tracking performanceyoull ensure HOLY stays top-of-mind and front-of-feed across the UK.

What Youll Do

• Run influencer & partnership campaigns end-to-end from strategy to execution with a clear focus on performance (conversions reach ROI).
• Find build and nurture high-impact creator relationships with influencers agents and agencies that align with HOLYs product brand and values.
• Tap into everyday & niche communities work with a mix of everyday citizens and cultural subcultures (gaming anime truck driving healthcare entertainment etc.) who connect authentically with our product.
• Optimise through data monitor results share learnings and adjust strategy to continuously improve impact.

About You

Experience

• 2 years in influencer marketing or related roles ideally in the UK at a high-growth brand or agency.
• Proven ability to run campaigns end-to-end and deliver measurable impact across platforms
• Existing network of creators agents and agencies in the UK on Twitch YT TT IG or Podcast
• Strong negotiation and communication skillsyou can close deals and keep partners inspired.
• Native-level English with a deep pulse on UK culture trends and digital communities.

• Getting to know you : You will have a 30-minute screening interview with Luca our Talent Partner where you will talk about HOLY the position your experience and see if our expectations match.
• Hiring Manager Interview with Chiara our Sr. Partnerships Manager - UK.
• Peer interview with Max or Julian our DACH team leads.
• Case study : As soon as you have successfully completed the first interviews you will receive a case study.
• Advanced discussion : In this on-site meeting the team will discuss your case study with you and answer questions in our office.
• Founder interview : As a strong cultural fit is important to us you will have a final meeting with Matze one of our HOLY Founders. This gives both you and us the opportunity for a final check.
• Job offer and decision : If everything goes well you will receive an offer and we are ready to embark you this journey together with you!
