Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead the global implementation and integration of LinkedIn Learning (LiL) into the Client's learning ecosystem. The role requires strong stakeholder management, cross-cultural collaboration, and the ability to navigate global complexities.


Key Responsibilities

• Business-Driven Leadership
  Lead strategic initiatives with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
  Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service packages (e.g., Minimum, Basic, Standard LinkedIn Learning offerings).


• Global Collaboration & Communication
  Communicate effectively with global stakeholders and HR teams.
  Demonstrate strong cross-cultural communication and virtual collaboration skills.


• Proactive Problem Solving
  Explore and clarify project unknowns (e.g., private vs. corporate LiL accounts, GDPR constraints).
  Drive clarity and structure in ambiguous situations.


• Negotiation & Influence
  Negotiate favorable terms with vendors while balancing internal needs.
  Ensure maximum value from the global integration setup.


Required Experience & Skills
Total Experience: 10 years

Relevant Experience: 5–7 years in IT Project Management for global initiatives

Proven track record in:
• LMS platforms (e.g., CSOD, Percipio)
• SSO setup and integrations
• GDPR & data governance in learning systems
• Adoption campaigns and training rollout initiatives

Fluent in English (written & verbal)
