Key Responsibilities:

• Agreeing project objectives
• Representing the client's or organisation's interests
• Coordinating work with client, main contractor and other third parties involved in the project
• Providing advice on the management of projects
• Organising the various professional people working on a project
• Carrying out risk assessments
• Making sure that all the aims of the project are met
• Ensuring quality standards are met
• Using IT systems to keep track of people and progress
• Recruiting specialists and sub-contractors
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Other responsibilities assigned by line manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, background in telecom, IT or related majors preferred
• Experience in project management in the telecom industry (ICT) preferred
• Fluent in German, English, and Mandarin
• Good communication and team coordination skills
• 3-5 years PM experience
