Information Technology Support Engineer

Synchro has partnered with a large and well-known organisation, who are looking to hire an experienced IT Support Engineer on a contract basis, initially for 3 months.

Please note - This role will be for 2 days per week, and will be required to be on-site in Dusseldorf.

As an experienced IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties including first line support and end‑user support, BAU and general IT support delivered via telephone and email support. You will speak fluent English and German and have strong customer service skills.

Technically, you will be experienced in O365, Active Directory, DNS, Windows, and Entra ID.

Role Summary

Role: IT Support Engineer (Contract)

Location: Dusseldorf

Rate: €200 – €250 per day, dependent on level of skills and experience

Duration: 3 months initially
