Your Role

Drive Strategic Vision: Develop and optimize our SAP EAM module, ensuring it aligns with our business strategy and future goals.
Elevate Operational Excellence: Provide expert guidance on maintenance processes, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Lead Impactful Projects: Manage IT and EAM projects, ensure timely delivery and strategic prioritization that adds value.
Unleash Technical Expertise: Implement technical requirements, customize SAP EAM, and integrate it with MM, SD, and (E)WM.
Innovate & Digitalize: Identify opportunities to leverage AI, Machine Learning, and IoT to improve quality processes and decision-making.
Generate Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data to uncover trends, pinpoint root causes, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization to ensure clear communication and alignment.

Your Profil

Proven SAP EAM proficiency: Hands-on experience with SAP EAM is essential. Knowledge of ABAP, MM/WM/Fiori and APM is a plus.
Sharp Business Acumen: Deep understanding of maintenance processes and principles, especially in the food industry.
Exceptional Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and propose effective solutions.
Outstanding Communication: Ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Creative Problem-Solving: Resourceful and innovative approach to challenges.
Global Mindset (Plus): Experience in an international environment and willingness to travel are a plus.
