Inhouse Consultant SAP Controlling (m/w/d)

This position is based in Arnstadt, Thüringen, Germany (Remote possible).

As Hitachi Rail advances the railway technology to ensure safe and efficient train operations in Germany and internationally, we are seeking an Inhouse SAP Controlling Consultant (m/w/d) (Ref. No. R1002629) to join our Transportation division nationwide.

Responsibilities include:

• Analyzing, designing, and conceptualizing business processes, cost analyses, and alternatives
• Specifying software architecture and interfaces with other systems
• Configuring and customizing SAP modules, developing interfaces, and integrating third-party software
• Managing small to large projects, including system implementations
• Supporting business processes and coordinating with other departments
• Communicating with key users and optimizing workflows

Qualifications:

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
• Solid experience in SAP Controlling modules and application development
• Understanding of IT operations, support processes, and project management is a plus
• Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills
• Fluent in German; good command of English
