Join us as an Inhouse-IT/Fachinformatiker Systemintegration (m/w/d) at rff Rohr Flansch Fitting Handels GmbH .

Location: Hauptsitz Stuhr/Bremen

We are seeking an engaged IT-Helden*in in Vollzeit (40 hours) to strengthen our IT department, focusing on First- and Second-level Support.

Responsibilities

• Hardware support (printers, PCs, telephones, smartphones, network devices)
• Server environment management (VMware vSphere, Windows Server, Terminalserver)
• Network management (internal, external, and branch offices)
• Support for our phone systems across multiple locations
• Management of SharePoint environment
• First- and Second-level support in Microsoft environment
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution
• User support for hardware and MS Dynamics NAV
• IT inventory management and MS Intune support
• Backup monitoring and documentation updates
• Training new staff and supporting project work

Profile

• Completed training as Fachinformatiker Systemintegration
• Experience in support roles (First- and Second-Level)
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Windows Server, printers, networks, and telephony
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Navision experience is a plus
• Collegial and meticulous working style
• Willingness to participate in MS Dynamics BC projects
