Overview

Stellenbeschreibung: Inhouse SAP HCM Consultant for a global Energy organization based in Mannheim/Frankfurt. The role supports large-scale integration projects and ongoing growth, focusing on SAP HCM with an emphasis on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).

Responsibilities

• Design, customize, configure, and implement SAP HCM solutions with a focus on Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT).
• Serve as the first point of contact for specialist departments regarding SAP HCM requirements.
• Project management with responsibility for innovative SAP HCM projects and actively drive their success.
• Support the introduction of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and contribute to the upcoming SuccessFactors implementation.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy of payroll calculations and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM; experience with PY or PT is a plus.
• Good knowledge of supporting and customizing SAP HCM.
• Familiarity with integration points between SAP HCM and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors) and third-party systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• SAP HCM certifications are a plus.
