They are seeking an inhouse SAP HCM Consultant in Mannheim to support their growth and upcoming SuccessFactors implementation later this year.

Tasks

• Manage the existing SAP HCM landscape, focusing on Time Management and Payroll.
• Act as the first point of contact for departmental requirements related to SAP HCM.
• Lead project management for SAP HCM initiatives, ensuring successful implementation.
• Support the integration of modern technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and contribute to the SuccessFactors rollout.
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure payroll accuracy and reporting.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules, especially Time Management and Payroll.
• Experience in supporting and customizing SAP HCM.
• Familiarity with SAP HCM integration points with SAP Finance, SAP SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• SAP HCM certifications are advantageous.
