    Inside Sales Representative

    We are currently looking for an Inside Sales Representative for one of our clients, a Finance Saas company working with 5000+ corporates and 600,000+ SMEs. Our client is expanding in the European market very aggressively, with >$3 Mn investment being parked and approved for the European market to sustain the early years. The company aspires to build north of 20 Mn USD revenue in the next 2-3 years across Europe.


    About the Role:

    Our client is looking for a high-performing Sales Representative for its European Market who will be responsible for fronting conversations with customers. In this role, you’ll be establishing long-lasting relationships with major clients, understanding their needs, using that knowledge to introduce our offerings and convincing CXOs to buy our solutions and help sales managers to achieve their and team revenue targets. On most days, this role requires you to operate Remote with a little bit of travelling to Europe as and when needed for important client meetings.


    Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do):
    • Develop a deep understanding of our client’s suite of products and effectively communicate their value to CFOs and finance leaders across enterprise organizations in France.
    • Strategically navigate target accounts by engaging with end users, influencers, and key decision-makers, managing complex sales cycles from initial outreach to closure within defined timelines.
    • Drive new logo acquisition by leveraging your existing network, generating referrals, and pursuing strategic outbound opportunities.
    • Gather and analyze insights on the competitive landscape, clearly articulating our client’s unique selling proposition (USP) to differentiate and win in key deals.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to build tailored, high-impact proposals and customized pitches, aligning client’s offerings with client needs.
    • Own the contracting process end-to-end — from negotiation to final signature — and ensure timely revenue collection.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system to support pipeline tracking, sales performance analysis, and forecasting.

    Must haves:
    • Graduate in any specialization
    • Mandatory Language Proficiency: English (Fluent) and French (Native)
    • 4+ years of B2B SaaS/ IT services selling experience
    • 1-2 years of Selling SaaS/Software in France (remotely is okay)
    • Excellent collaboration skills; partnering with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops
    • Excellent communication skills - managing clients, internal stakeholders, teams and Leadership, with proficiency in English

    Salary 30,000€ gross base salary + commissions (OTE 90,000€)
