    Let’s Talk About You
You’re curious, analytical, and passionate about turning data into decisions. You’re ready to take your career to the next level with a purpose-driven team that values collaboration and innovation. If you’re interested in our Insights Analyst / Engineer – Supply Chain role, this could be your next big move!
We’re looking for someone with a strong analytical mindset and supply chain experience to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Intuition, Hawaiian Tropic, Bulldog Skincare for Men, WetOnes and Cremo Grooming… just to name a few!).

Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Supply Chain Analytics & Insights Senior Manager – International, you’ll support the EU Data & Analytics team within Supply Chain Enable – International (AMEA, EU, & LATAM), with a focus on the EU region.
You’ll empower supply chain teams by generating actionable insights and embedding analytics into everyday decision-making across processes such as demand forecasting, supply planning, inventory optimisation, product lifecycle management, and customer delivery.

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
    • Develop, maintain, and document analytical assets that meet business needs and are usable by both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Act as a liaison between analytics and supply chain teams to ensure alignment between business needs and analytical solutions.
    • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights through presentations, visualisations, and storytelling.
    • Conduct end-to-end analytics case studies using statistical and machine learning techniques.
    • Research and recommend emerging analytics tools and trends relevant to supply chain operations.
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have experience gained within a commercial or consumer goods company. While your experience is of course important, we’re all about making useful things joyful, so we love when our prospective candidates are passionate about this too.

    Here’s what we’re looking for:
    • Degree in business informatics, business administration, engineering, data science or a related field.
    • Strong analytical mindset with business acumen and ability to connect data insights to operational decisions.
    • Solid understanding of statistical concepts and machine learning techniques (e.g. clustering, decision trees, neural networks) with experience in Python or R.
    • Proven ability to communicate technical analyses to both technical and non-technical audiences.
    • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to bridge analytics and business teams.
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
    • Fluency in English.
    What We Offer
40 hours per week, hybrid working, limited travel within Europe, and a supportive team culture. You’ll also benefit from our learning and development programmes, health and wellness initiatives, and access to discounted Edgewell products.

    Now Take the Next Step
If you’re excited to bring your analytical skills to a global supply chain team, we’d love to hear from you. Please email an up-to-date CV in English along with your salary expectations. Alternatively, feel free to share this opportunity with someone who might be a great fit.
