Instagram Manager

We are looking for a creative and reliable Instagram Manager to grow and manage our official Instagram account @rasenpilot_official.

Rasenpilot is an AI-powered app for lawn care. Users upload a photo of their lawn and instantly receive a Lawn Score, a detailed analysis, and a 3-step improvement plan. The app also offers gamification features (highscores, progress reminders) and seasonal tips.

Important: The account content is in German, so captions, stories, and engagement must be created in German language.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish 4–5 posts per week (carousel posts, reels, static visuals).
• Design and schedule daily Instagram Stories (polls, quizzes, call-to-actions).
• Develop captions in a friendly, motivating German tone.
• Research and apply effective hashtags (e.g. #rasenpflege #gartenliebe #smartgarden).
• Engage with followers: respond to comments and DMs in German.
• Interact with relevant gardening/DIY/smart-home accounts to grow reach.
• Provide monthly reports on growth, engagement, and performance.
• Suggest improvements and new content formats based on results.

Goals (first 3 months)

• Reach 1,000+ followers organically.
• Ensure consistent publishing flow (4–5 posts weekly, daily stories).
• Drive clicks to rasenpilot.com via the link in bio.
• Boost community interactions (users sharing their lawn score).

Requirements

• Proven track record in Instagram account management.
• Strong skills in content creation (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
• Ability to create engaging Reels.
• Fluent in German writing (must sound natural and motivating).
• Familiarity with Buffer/Planoly for scheduling is a plus.

Collaboration

• Start: Immediately.
• Workload: approx. 15–20 hours per month.
• Contract: 3 months initially, with option to extend.
• Budget: open to hourly rates or fixed monthly package – please provide your proposal.
