Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Instagram Content Manager to lead and grow our page dedicated to women’s self-development circles. Our events take place online and offline in Brazil and Mexico, so the content must resonate deeply with the Latin American audience.



Responsibilities:
• Create a content strategy and calendar aligned with our goal: increasing registrations for events (online + offline).
• Write captivating posts in Spanish and Portuguese with a focus on feminine empowerment, community, and transformation.
• Use only AI-generated images (we will provide access/tools if needed).
• Manage daily/weekly posting and ensure brand consistency.
• Develop content that inspires engagement and motivates followers to register for events.
• Track performance (reach, engagement, registrations) and adjust strategy for maximum results.



Requirements:
• Proven experience managing Instagram for events, coaching, or personal development brands.
• Native or fluent in Spanish and Portuguese (mandatory).
• Strong copywriting skills: inspiring, emotional, and culturally relevant to Latin America (Brazil + Mexico).
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E).
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.



Nice to Have:
• Understanding of feminine spirituality, women’s circles, or self-development.
• Experience with paid Instagram ads (bonus).



Project Goal:

Grow an engaged community and convert followers into event participants.
