Integrated Designer – Syneos Health Communications

Smart, tenacious, and resourceful people feel at home here. The primary function of the Integrated Designer is to create beautifully crafted, useful, informative, compelling, and intuitive visual experiences across a wide range of projects and channels. You will be skilled in using the Adobe CC Suite, passionate about design, proactive, and looking to grow within a multidisciplinary team with in-house capabilities across art, copy, digital, and design. You must manage several projects within strict deadlines while maintaining a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Work with the core creative team (Creative Director, Copywriters, Designers, Front‑end Developers, Motion‑graphics Designers) to originate and develop pitch concepts.
• Interpret existing brand guidelines and suggest ways they could be refreshed in response to clients’ briefs.
• Present and promote stand‑out creative work.

Essential Requirements

• Strong design experience in agency, preferably within healthcare communications.
• A portfolio demonstrating a breadth of work and strong conceptual thinking.
• Experience designing identity and branding, print/digital ads, packaging, POS, large format posters & billboards, presentation templates, HTML emails, infographics, web design and creating engaging pitches.
• Skilled in using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), and MS Office and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in German and English.
