About the Role

As an Interaction Design Engineer (m/f/d) you will be responsible for integrating localized ecosystem resources (e.g., map navigation, mobile data, gaming, music, etc.); deeply analyze differentiated functional and experiential needs in local markets, and implement them in specific vehicle models. Your insights play a pivotal role in providing expert recommendations for developing products and services tailored to local customer preferences.

Responsibilities

Responsible for benchmarking on local intelligent network technology and the design on intelligent driving cabin and Connected Vehicle Services;
Responsible for planning of differentiated functional experiences and application on products and planning on platformization and modularization, and simplified status management of key high-value components for European models;
Responsible for benchmarking and partnership development of localized ecosystem resources for both mobile and cloud platforms, including charging maps, parking space availability, after-sales services, social communities, and data connectivity.
Responsible for benchmarking and collaboration with in-vehicle ecosystem resources, covering voice assistants, language support, video streaming, music, gaming, and telecom operator integrations.
Supports product development and specialized teams (e.g., performance validation) in acquiring localized technical benchmarking data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above, preferred majors include Product Planning, Industrial Design, Vehicle Engineering, Game Design, Web Design, or similar qualifications.
Several years of working experience in a similar role.
Understand the basic structure of vehicles and be familiar with the fundamental working principles of automotive electrical appliances.
Passionate about exploring emerging trends, with deep insights into automotive usage scenarios and pain points, committed to driving innovative breakthroughs.
