Your mission
Payments In & Out
See how money moves in a high-growth fintech and get a front-row seat to the energy transition. You’ll:
• Take ownership of accounts receivable and payable across 3 countries — making sure invoices are right, payments flow, and vendors stay happy.
• Work directly with teams and partners to troubleshoot issues and keep cash moving without friction.
• Shape the future of our finance engine by testing smarter processes and automation tools (yes, even AI).
Bank & Cash Reporting
Step into the “engine room” of fintech finance and help us keep control while we scale. You’ll:
• Dive into daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, reconciliations, and repayment tracking.
• Track refinancing flows and make sure every euro lines up with our agreements.
• Collaborate with our finance team and banking partners to keep operations sharp and transparent.

Your profile
What We’re Looking For
• You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• You can join us in our Berlin office, 5 days a week, and thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Some previous experience in areas like financial reporting, portfolio management, risk, corporate finance, or accounts receivable is a plus — but curiosity, drive, and a willingness to learn matter most.
• You’re comfortable working with Excel and MS Office / Google Suite.
• You’re ambitious — whether in your studies, side projects, or personal achievements, you strive to go beyond “good enough.”
• You’re passionate about making a real contribution to the fight against climate change and excited by the challenge of working in a small, fast-growing company where freedom and uncertainty go hand-in-hand.
• You bring a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset: you communicate clearly, take responsibility, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
