Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d) for Airbus

For our renowned customer Airbus Defence and Space, we are looking for an Internal Communications Specialist (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

  • Act as Internal Communications specialist and advise stakeholders, ensuring the right message is communicated to the right audience using the right channels at the right time and in the right context. Specifically, the job holder will be the focal point within the internal communications team to the Comms Advisor of the Business Line “Connected Intelligence” and support the Comms Advisor in the design and implementation of the Business Line Communications Plan.
  • Manage Defence and Space internal communication projects and campaigns (including procurement process, subcontractor management, etc.) with a primary focus on the Business Line Connected Intelligence.
  • Orchestrate and update all internal channels (social intranet (Hub) with articles and communities, mass mailing, poster campaigns, digital/hybrid/physical events) - This includes content creation such as copy-writing, speech writing, and script writing.
  • Be responsible for the administrative and logistical aspects - often shared with the Events & Protocol team - of events (including distribution list management, event registration, IM coordination, feedback survey).
  • Together with team colleagues, update internal communications processes and tools (such as mass mail distribution lists) in alignment with relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team colleagues on the performance management of all internal communications activities.

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in the field of Communication or a comparable qualification.
  • More than two years of professional experience in Public Relations/Communication Management.
  • Experience in an international context would be a plus.
  • Good knowledge of MS-Office.
  • Business fluent in English.
  • German would be a plus.
