International Area Sales Manager West Europe (m/f/d)
- You are responsible for independently establishing and developing customer and partner relationships in your international sales area.
- You develop new sales strategies and modern sales approaches.
- You are actively involved in Customer Sales Support, including offer preparation, contract negotiations and project support for our international sales partners. You use your strong customer and market orientation to your advantage.
- You find, win and directly support strategically important key accounts and OEMs in your sales area.
- You create analyses of markets, customers and competitors and introduce suitable measures for tapping new markets.
- You are in charge of the goal‑oriented implementation of the resulting measures to open up new markets and the focused expansion of our international partner network.
- You accumulate excellent market knowledge and develop a deep understanding of our customers’ requirements, which you use to develop our product portfolio further, working closely with our internal specialist departments.
- You represent and present Leibinger and its products on various platforms and to end customers.
Your profile:
- You already have experience in B2B sales of industrial capital goods requiring explanation as well as with various sales channels.
- You live in the the western part of Europe. Ideal location Spain, France or Italy.
- You know how to develop sustainable growth in an indirect channel business model
- Your strengths include analytical skills, a systematic work approach and digital affinity.
- You are a networker with intercultural expertise.
- You enjoy international business trips (willingness to travel internationally to your sales areas on a regular basis is required).
- You have a high self‑motivation, independent working style and strong contact and communication skills.
- You have a degree, solid vocational training or comparable qualification in industrial engineering or a related technical area.
- You speak fluent English and French for business purposes. Spanish is a plus
