The TA Recruiter will source/recruit, phone screen, negotiate interpreter rates, guide them through the assessment process, while ensuring a positive candidate experience. In addition, this individual should be tech savvy and comfortable with the latest recruiting tools, social media platforms, and ATSs (Applicant Tracking Systems) in order to network and cultivate a solid talent pipeline. The Recruiter will provide qualified candidates such as (Interpreters/Linguist) that meet our clients' specific requirements, both in the independent contractor and/or the employee base model.
Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate the most qualified and interested candidates (Interpreters) that match our clients need. Schedule, conduct phone screens and coordinate evaluations
- Negotiate competitive rates while supporting the industry's Independent Contractor business model
- Navigate candidates throughout the entire recruitment process
- Post and manage opportunities on the most current job boards and social networking websites
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with the Interpreters along with internal clients (the call center)
- Represent the company at job fairs and interpreter/industry related events
- Performs other ad hoc duties and/or projects as assigned
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional negotiation, analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize tasks, as needed, in order to meet the company's needs
- Ability to type 30 words per minute
- Solid understanding working with Applicant Tracking Systems and Social Media platforms
