Your Role

As an Intern in Account & Project Management, you’ll actively support our team from the moment a client signs with us. You’ll be involved in the entire process: from onboarding through implementation and launch to ongoing support – always with one clear goal: satisfied clients and smooth workflows. This internship gives you the chance to take responsibility early, gain hands-on experience, and directly contribute to the success of our projects and the overall business.

Your Responsibilities

• Client onboarding: Prepare everything for a smooth start, collect missing information, and make the client feel confident and cared for.
• Implementation coordination: Understand client requirements and translate them into clear documentation for our developers – in English.
• Project management: Organize and manage multiple client projects in parallel, keep track of deadlines, and ensure everyone is aligned.
• Communication & support: Act as the central point of contact between clients and our dev team – with clear communication, technical precision, and a positive mindset.
• Go-live & follow-up: Guide clients through the launch process and stay in touch to ensure continued success after go-live.
• Upselling & client growth: Identify opportunities for upselling to existing clients and actively support their ongoing digital success.

What You Bring

You are currently enrolled at university (e.g. in Business, Communication, Media, Information Systems or a similar field).
You speak German fluently and English at C1 level or higher, both spoken and written.
You have a solid technical understanding and can communicate requirements clearly and precisely.
You have experience with or are familiar with tools like HubSpot, ClickUp, Canva, WordPress (or similar).
You work in a structured, proactive, and reliable way – even when managing 3+ clients at once.
You enjoy direct customer interaction and have a strong service orientation.
You have first sales experience or are motivated to actively support upselling and customer growth.
