• Currently pursuing a degree at a top-tier university with outstanding academic performance
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication skills across teams and senior stakeholders
• First experience in top management consulting, start-ups, venture building / capital, or high-growth environments
• Deep interest in digital business models, emerging technologies, and growth strategies
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and a track record of tackling complex challenges under pressure
• Self-starter mentality with a hands-on attitude, high ownership, and a sharp focus on outcomes
• Collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, team-driven environments
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel — comfortable turning insights into impact
