Your role

In your internship in Graphic & Media Design, you will actively shape the visual communication of our company. You will work closely with our team to increase the visibility of our brand, implement creative ideas and strengthen our presence on digital platforms.

As an office administrator (f/m/d) you are the organizational backbone of our company and the warm face as well as the trustworthy voice we appreciate. You support our team in administrative and organizational matters, ensure a smooth flow in the office routine and bring harmony and efficiency to the daily routine through your organizational skills and your flair for people.

As a Sales Consultant (m/f/d) you play a central role in our sales strategy and contribute significantly to the dynamic development of our company. You will maintain relationships with national and international customers, acquire new customers through cold and warm calling, and provide support when needed. With constantly changing challenges and customer inquiries, every day will be a new and exciting challenge.

Your tasks

• Conception, design and planning of content for various digital platforms (e.g. social media, website, presentations)
• Active participation in social media strategies and management
• Active participation in the development and implementation of social media strategies
• Maintenance and further development of the company website and other digital touchpoints
• Support in the creation of marketing materials, presentations and campaigns for internal and external purposes

What we expect

• Enthusiasm for design, marketing and digital media
• Confident use of graphics and design tools (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator or similar)
• Creativity and a feel for visual trends
• Ability to work in a team and open communication
