On behalf of our client, a leading real estate investment firm, we are seeking a highly motivated Investment Analyst to join their Residential Real Estate team in Hamburg.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or a young professional (up to 1 year of experience) who is passionate about real estate investments and eager to start a career in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Your Responsibilities

Support the residential investment team in acquisitions, dispositions, and financing of assets
Conduct financial modelling, investment analysis, and due diligence
Assist with project development and asset management tasks
Prepare presentations and investment papers for internal and external stakeholders
Work closely with senior team members across multiple functions

Your Profile

Degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field
Up to 1 year of relevant experience (internships or first role in real estate, investment banking, or similar)
Strong financial acumen and analytical mindset , with advanced Excel / financial modelling skills
Fluent in German and English
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
