The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an investment-focused professional to join a growing team driving strategic projects and investment initiatives. You will take a central role in supporting the development, evaluation, and execution of investment opportunities, working closely with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across multiple markets. The role provides exposure to complex investment structures and a chance to help shape investment strategy and organizational efficiency in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of investment opportunities from idea generation through financial analysis, modeling, and recommendation
• Lead cross‑functional integration projects and drive operational efficiencies across multiple national teams and office locations
• Conduct in-depth financial and quantitative analysis to support strategic investment and corporate projects
• Assist with capital market engagement to facilitate financing of investments and projects through discretionary funds, separate accounts, or direct investments
• Collaborate with senior leadership on specialized strategy initiatives and investment decision‑making
• Prepare high‑quality presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of relevant experience in investment management, finance, institutional real estate, or consulting
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related discipline
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (Polish a plus)
• High level of self‑motivation, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and internationally, and flexibility to work across multiple office locations
