Job Title: Investment Banking and Fundraising Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Banking and Fundraising Specialist to support our capital-raising initiatives for Venture Capital and Alternative Asset Funds. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in working with emerging fund managers and must bring deep expertise in structuring and executing fundraising strategies across multiple funds.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and execute fundraising efforts for Venture Capital and Alternative Asset Funds.
• Work closely with emerging fund managers to design and implement capital-raising strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), Family Offices, and Institutional Investors.
• Manage end-to-end fundraising activities, from investor outreach and due diligence to closing commitments.
• Provide strategic advice on fund positioning, market entry, and investor relations.
• Represent the firm as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with fundraising regulations and best practices.


Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Investment Banker, Fundraiser, Placement Agent, Capital Raising Specialist, or Capital Advisor.
• Demonstrated success in multiple fundraising efforts for Alternative Asset and VC Funds.
• Strong network of relationships with investors and fund managers in the venture capital/private equity ecosystem.
• Experience working with emerging fund managers with a proven track record of successful fund closures.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with fund managers and internal teams.


Preferred Experience:
• Deep knowledge of Alternative Assets, Venture Capital, and Private Equity ecosystems.
• Proven ability to raise capital across multiple investor classes (Institutional, HNWI, Family Offices, etc.).
• Strong analytical and presentation skills to support fundraising efforts.
