Our client, a leading Investment Bank, is seeking a driven and talented Analyst to join their Munich team, focusing on Healthcare M&A transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of M&A transactions within the Healthcare sector
- Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
- Support the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction documents
- Conduct market and industry research to support deal origination and execution
Qualifications:
- 6–18 months of experience in Investment Banking, ideally with exposure to Healthcare and M&A
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
- Fluency in German
