Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of M&A transactions within the Healthcare sector
• Perform detailed financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence
• Support the preparation of pitch books, client presentations, and transaction documents
• Conduct market and industry research to support deal origination and execution

Qualifications

• 6–18 months of experience in Investment Banking, ideally with exposure to Healthcare and M&A
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and valuation skills
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Fluency in German
