Role Description
Join us in shaping the future of eBay advertising! Be an integral part of the team building out a new unified advertising platform – a foundation of eBay marketplace.

You’ll be working on a variety of the services, tools and components and will be actively involved in all aspects of development. Responsibilities:

• Design and build high-performing, reliable solutions for high-throughput, distributed systems using a variety of third-party and eBay internal libraries and frameworks
• Integrate closely w/ colleagues in different functional groups and remote offices
• Communicate effectively within your team and across teams
• Contribute to technical conversations and debates, and decide upon approaches and tools to utilize
• Balance strong ownership and teamwork
• Research, innovate, deliver and grow


Job Requirements

• BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
• Experience developing iOS applications & commercial software with Objective C and Swift
• Experience with SwiftUI
• Experience with Jira (or other issue tracking software), familiarity with OpenAPI/Swagger, exposure to the Agile process
• Experience with Xcode, GIT, profilers and debuggers
• Experience integrating with web services & using HTTP, TCP/IP and databases
• Experience working with GraphQL
• Knowledge of core CS concepts such as common data structures and algorithms
• Code samples from private github repos, side projects, and open source project contributions is a plus


Compensation / Salary Range:
The typical pay range for this role is: USD $40/hr - $45/hr. Factors that may affect pay within or outside of this range may include but not limited to geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
