What You’ll Get to Do

ISKM Business Process Software Analyst. CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self‑directed Software Developer in support of a Department of Defense organization, US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position requires travel OCONUS and follows EUCOM J5 agile methodology. The Software Developer works with the Scrum team to develop software packages, support and code client side or server side applications in a development environment, test code for accuracy in pre‑production and ensure interoperability and completeness within the production environment. Works with Product Owner to deliver necessary documentation and testing results.

More About the Role

• Work with a Product Owner and testing teams to develop, test, and refine the applications to meet stakeholder requirements, integrating both .NET Controls and Web Service implementations as part of the overall Knowledge Management architecture.
• Work in a collaborative team environment to develop custom standalone applications and customizations.
• Isolate, diagnose, repair, and resolve software problems.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews.
• Participate in formal and informal peer reviews of code.
• Provide feedback for regular internal process improvement and best practice reviews.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications

• Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI clearance.
• 5‑7 years of experience in a SharePoint Architecture and/or Applications Development role.
• IAT Level II certification(s) in accordance with DoD 8570.1.
• Microsoft certification in .NET Application Development.
• Experience troubleshooting and maintaining customized implementations of SharePoint 2010 and developing applications for SharePoint 2016 or 2019.
• Strong knowledge of C#, .NET Framework, Angular, HTML, ASP.NET, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, UI/Bootstrap, Web Services (REST/SOAP), IIS, and version control systems such as TFS and Git.
• Experience working with standard software development life‑cycle processes, including peer review, quality assurance testing, and security hardening.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills; able to work in an open work environment.

These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have

• Experience with complex systems/organizations, portals, enterprise search, enterprise content management, and business intelligence.
• Experience developing responsive applications.
• Experience working in or open to working in an Agile (preferably Scrum) development environment.

Pay Range: $75,200 – 158,100 USD.
