Medium-sized company in Bünde, 30-year history, developing electronically controlled spraying systems with chemical products for the wood processing industry.

Full-time, immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Administration and support of a heterogeneous network of Windows and Linux systems.
• Operation and management of Windows servers.
• Support of Microsoft 365, including Intune and Entra ID.
• Implementation and maintenance of SQL Server 2022 databases.
• Network management (LAN, VLAN) with Ubiquiti switches.
• Ensuring data backup with Veeam Backup for servers.
• Management of Sophos firewalls and overall IT security infrastructure.
• Onboarding new users, first‑level support, and delivery of IT security training.
• Continuous development and adjustment of the ERP system (Sage).
• Ensuring correct representation and maintenance of hazardous material information in the ERP system.
• Awareness of employees for IT security and data protection.
• Implementation and maintenance of security policies in IT systems and networks.

Qualifications

• Completed training as IT systems electronics engineer or comparable qualification.
• Experience in IT administration, ideally in a medium‑sized environment.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with SQL Server 2022, database development, and reporting with Power BI.
• Knowledge of virtualization (Hyper‑V), networking (VLAN, switching), and firewalls (Sophos).
• Knowledge in IT security including awareness training and security concepts.
• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, and strong problem solving competence.
