What you can influence with us

  • Implement customer projects in the industrial IT sector and develop security concepts.
  • Perform software and operating system installations and troubleshoot customer systems.
  • Manage Windows servers and visualize with VMware.
  • Maintain and test visualization systems' IT, working closely with colleagues from the PLC department.
  • Support our customers remotely and on-site with application problems.

What you bring with you

  • Completed training in an IT-related field, e.g., as an IT specialist or IT systems electronics technician.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience and technical expertise in on-site service and 2nd level support.
  • Experience in customer projects in the public sector or industrial environment is ideal, with some exposure to critical infrastructure projects (e.g., waterworks).
  • Knowledge of Windows and Windows Server, with willingness to further train in Siemens network components.
  • A high level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
