Join our dynamic hardware development team at Nokia's Optics R&D Center in Nuremberg. You will play a key role in enhancing our Optical Cross Connect Systems for high-speed optical networking, optimize our IT environment in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, and engage with international partners to drive innovation. The role offers a stimulating work atmosphere with flexible working hours and home office options. You will monitor IT environments, support users, and develop tools to improve hardware development processes while implementing security standards.
