Job Overview

We are a leading, globally operating IT consulting firm with a strong focus on digitalization, especially within the public sector. You will work in a large CGI team for a key public sector client in Munich, collaborating with approximately 600 colleagues in the same sector. Our modern, flexible work environment supports both on-site and home office work.

Responsibilities

• Design, install, and manage various client systems and related IT infrastructure
• Plan, execute, and ensure quality in patch rollouts
• Support the rollout of new systems, services, and software
• Maintain operational manuals for managed systems
• Develop concepts for the advancement of end-user devices and platforms (Windows OS, GPOs, etc.)
• Assist colleagues with infrastructure issues and questions
• Ensure SLAs/KPIs are met for managed systems

Qualifications

• At least five years of practical experience in Windows system architecture, support, and administration
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, GPOs, security technologies, VPN, and encryption
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Additional skills in OS deployment, software distribution, or certifications are advantageous
