What can you do?

User support / application support for IT users at educational institutions
Planning the use of presentation technology (whiteboards, digital board, projector, document camera)
Equipping educational facilities with mobile devices (tablets and laptops)
Installation and configuration of PCs, monitors, other hardware components, software products, operating systems and utilities, multifunctional devices and printer systems

What should you bring with you?

Completed training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) specializing in system integration or a comparable qualification
up-to-date knowledge in the areas of hardware and network technology
Experience in supporting IT users, ideally in educational institutions
Class B driving license
Strong communication skills, service orientation and ability to work in a team
Structured, independent and reliable way of working
