• Design interfaces: Connect IT competence with professional understanding to strengthen collaboration between administration and technology.
• Analyze processes: Investigate workflows in areas like case processing or contribution collection.

• Implement requirements: Develop new processes that fit organizational, technical, and legal frameworks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Social security know-how: Your knowledge of structures and processes at accident funds or professional associations is targeted.
• Technical foundation: A degree related to IT combined with experience in administration or social insurance.
• Meaningful digitization: You want to guide processes with societal relevance into a digital future.
• Project experience: You have participated in administrative projects and understand both technical and professional requirements.
• Language skills: Convince internally and externally with clear language – in both German and English.
